The Company has always welcomed the task of constructing in environmentally sensitive areas and areas where labor and materials are often difficult to obtain. The Company is comfortable constructing fixed bid, negotiated, construction management fee-based, construction management risk at risk, design build and design/build/lease-back contract types. To date, the Company has constructed numerous projects valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. These include commercial/industrial buildings, landfill projects, water and wastewater treatment plants, conventional and renewable energy generation, housing complexes, residential housing developments, visitor centers, aircraft hangars, missile test cells and backup power systems. In 2015 the Company expanded with offices located in Salt Lake City, Utah to provide design, construction, financing, leasing and operation and maintenance options to a broader customer base for solar photovoltaics, landfill gas, biomass and other renewable-based integration projects.
